Let's pretend that you decided to leave the movie theater to go to the high school party with your friend. You didn’t let anyone know where you went, or what time you would be back, and your parents were waiting for you at the movie theater. When the movie let out, they saw all of your friends, but not you. They became very angry after finding out that you went to the party, and decided to find out where the party was so they could come to pick you up.
