Healthy Relationships
Summary
Everyone deserves to be in a healthy relationship. Unfortunately, many unhealthy and abusive relationships happen over time, and sometimes the victim doesn’t know that they are in the unhealthy relationship. The most important thing is to be respectful, compassionate, and remember that the victims of unhealthy relationships are not to blame.
If you or anyone you know has experience with these or other difficult situations, it’s important to know that you’re not alone. Talking to a parent, teacher, counselor, family member, or other trusted adult can help you to resolve the situation before things become too difficult to control.
