Remember, you have the right to be respected, to be treated as an equal partner, and to feel safe always. These are your relationship rights. As we reflect on the relationships in our lives, we should ask ourselves questions regularly to evaluate whether we are being respected, treated as an equal partner, and feel safe. Some of the questions that you can ask yourself include:
Sometimes unhealthy relationships can make us feel that we don’t deserve to be respected. It is important to know that, no matter what anyone else says, you deserve to be treated with respect.
