Introduction and Objective

Communication is the exchange of ideas and thoughts. We are communicating with people around us all the time. Our discussions, our physical reactions, and our bodily expressions are all methods of communication. Sometimes those communications are positive and rewarding. Other times they can be negative and harsh.

Today's lesson objective is: Students will define the term healthy communication and explain how to communicate non-verbally.
