The decisions you make regarding your health behaviors not only affect you and those around you, but also have an effect on society. You have many influences in your life, such as friends, family, coaches, teachers, and media, and they can all have an effect on the way you think and behave. Making positive, healthy decisions can help you live a healthy lifestyle. By doing so, you can help others make good decisions, too.
