The mass media is all around us. Unfortunately, the media tries to shock people with stories about violence. Because of this, many people are no longer surprised by violence, which has affected how our society views violence. Furthermore, this has put more people at risk of being in an unhealthy relationship. This lesson will teach you some tools to use for protecting yourself from these dangerous situations.
Today’s lesson objective is: Students will explain how social norms affect our relationships and what they can do to remove themselves from harmful dating situations.
