When you have identified a friend who is in an unhealthy relationship, the most important thing to do is to make a plan. Dealing with an unhealthy relationship can seem frustrating and chaotic. Making and executing a plan will help you stay on the right track.
For this lesson, remember that an unhealthy relationship does not have to be with a boyfriend or girlfriend. Your friends could be in an unhealthy relationship with another friend, neighbor, sibling, or even a parent, coach, or teacher. These tips will help you with a friend who is in any type of unhealthy relationship.
Today’s lesson objective is: Students will develop a personal plan designed to help a friend that is in an unhealthy relationship.
