Introduction and Objective
Communication is an essential part of life. Without it we would never know what another person wants, how they feel, what we should do, or where we should go. In other words, we would never be able to share our thoughts and feelings with others. A life without communication sounds very lonely. Unfortunately, many people struggle with healthy communication, and often feel alone.
Today's lesson objective is: Students will explain the importance of communicating their feelings with others in a healthy way.
