Introduction and Objective

We interact with people all the time: our family members, our friends, our teachers, and others. Each of these interactions is part of a larger relationship, and these relationships affect our interactions, our happiness, and even our health. When we become more aware of the relationships we participate in, we can ensure that they are healthy and help to make us stronger, more confident individuals.

Today’s lesson objective is: Students will explain the qualities of a healthy friendship or dating relationship.
